Catch Report to 02/03/12

Some lovely mild weather has been enjoyed by all and fish have been showing on the top but best tactics have been down below:

A. Hamlyn had 4 for 10lb 2oz on Hot Heads and Davey Bullen took seven on buzzers. D. Galloway used damsels to good effect taking 8 on c/r and D. McCormick did likewise using blobs, catching ten fish. S. McCormick followed suit with 7 on Black Rabbit. Black bunnies were also the top flies for Joe Beattie and Jim Fairly both taking 12 on c/r respectively.

The forecast is a return to cooler conditions but the prospects remain high.
